It’s my experience that it’s easy for companies to talk a good 3PL game but often rare in its delivery, we never had this feeling with SCS, as our experience has been nothing but exceptional. I was particularly impressed with your team, nothing was an issue, no request a problem and at every opportunity they went out of their way to help us.

“Inventory shrinkage” is one of those hidden terms at most eCommerce
fulfillment centers that states a fulfillment center is allowed to lose or damage a small percentage of your inventory. To put it plainly, we think this is ridiculous. Not only does the term “shrinkage allowance” not exist with Red Stag, but clients who have switched have experienced a 93.6% – 100% reduction in monthly inventory loss or damage.

Culture is hugely important to SCS. It’s all about the people. We spend an inordinate amount of time and money looking after our staff. We own our WMS and Client Portal systems, we have an IT department full of IT gurus that keep us running at full steam and help our clients with more bespoke requests. We believe in working smarter and harder, not just harder. This also means careful client selection – We cement excellent client relationships based on rapport and high quality communication. This allows a genuine partnership to develop rather than a client / service-provider relationship. We’re then able to work as a team to deliver a high quality outcome.
We have a team that manages the initial transition from an incumbent facility all the way through to steady state. This means we have dedicated resource available to optimise the relationship. Depending on the complexity of the project and customised solutions we’re delivering, this can take anywhere from 1 – 6 months, the time frame being irrelevant to us. Our team will stay the course until we have delivered a steady-state solution.
